Acidic Zinc Coating

ACID ZINC 10 - acidic zinc-coating bath ACID ZINC 10 is a new glossy zinc-coating process without the presence of ammonia. It achieves very good corrosion resistance and very clear deposit with excellent degree of ductility. It is suitable both for the suspension and the drum with utilization of mechanical or air clarification, it can be operated in potassium or sodium electrolyte at operating temperatures from 18°C to 30°C. It consists of two components.

  • ACID ZINC H 12

Alkaline Zinc Coating

Z 25 - is alkaline bath which produces glossy zinc coats in wide range of cathode current densities. The zinc coats are ductile, easy to plate with chromium and they are not susceptible to spontaneous peeling off. The bath has good in-depth efficiency and excellent covering power. It is universally applicable for both the suspension and the drum. Highly adaptable in baths with high content of zinc /from 6 to 20 g/l /at temperatures from 18 to 45 °C.

Chromatizing

Žlutá pasivace (YELLOW lemon CrIII) – Yellow passivation (YELLOW lemon CrIII) – binary, based on CrIII, provides very good chrome conversion with galvanized parts, especially in connection with acidic Zn bath. It can be also used with alkaline Zn bath on the condition of following specific pre-passivation procedures. It is resistant to white corrosion /120 h/, withstands temperature shocks in metal-plated layers; it consists of two components, the combination of these components enables to achieve very intensive decorative yellow colour, iridescent on the basis of the process of work

  • ADITIVUM YELLOW B
Blue passivation (TRIBLUE HC) - This type of blue passivation (chromatizing) is formed on the basis of CrIII. It is suitable for passivation of alkaline zinc-coating bath (with or without cyanide) and acidic bath. It forms very glossy surface, aesthetically attractive, even and long-lasting layer, ensuring good resistance to white corrosion up to 96 hours.
Černá pasivace (TRIBLACK CrIII) - This type of black passivation (chromatizing) is formed on the basis of Cr III. It is suitable for passivation of both alkaline and acidic zinc-coats (with or without cyanide) and Zn-Fe alloy bath. It forms very glossy and thick black surface, aesthetically attractive, even and long-lasting layer, ensuring good resistance to white corrosion (from 48 to 96 hours at the test in corrosion chamber). The solutions are concentrated.

Sealing

Zinc SIGIL - used for the protection of chromatized surfaces, zinc alloy coats. It provides increased anti-corrosion protection to the treated surfaces. It increases the resistance of chromatized zinc coats against white corrosion by 200-400 hours. In addition it unifies the appearance of chromatized coats and suppresses iridescence of chromatized layers. The polish layer created by the application of Zinc SIGIL forms the finish treatment of decorative chromatized surfaces of zinc coats, which ensures long-lasting stability of the appearance of the treated surface.
